Bart's friend's new friend

Plot:

The Simpsons travel to Michigan. When they come back, Milhouse had replaced Bart with Martin, or a Martian. To get revenge, Bart replaces Milhouse with Ralph. Both new friendships dontt work out well, so they eventually go back together.
